The story begins in Grande Montagne, a charming village nestling in the hills where Françoise and Laval run 3 half-board guest rooms on the first floor of their family home, with a menu featuring typical dishes of the island.
As the 3 rooms were always taken, they decided to increase the number of rooms in 2008, but this time by the sea at Graviers, where Françoise spent her childhood.

For Françoise, who was born and bred in the village, this project represents much more than just a business venture. It’s a return to her roots, a tribute to the place that nurtured her throughout her childhood and where she has always felt a deep affection for the landscape and the community that saw her grow up.
