Practical Workshop
Get hands-on and learn how to prepare a complete menu, including:

  • Gajak – Traditional appetizers
  • Starter – Papaya salad, garden lettuce
  • Typical dish – Rodriguan classics such as octopus (ourites) and pork with red rice
  • Homemade dessert – Pistachio cake, coconut cake, Rodriguan pie
